Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation and No-Show Policy for BE THAT Academy** At BE THAT Academy, we appreciate your commitment to personal growth. To ensure fairness to all clients and instructors, please adhere to the following policies: **Cancellation Policy** - Cancellation Timeframe: Cancel at least 48 hours before your session for a full credit or complimentary rescheduling. - Late Cancellations: Cancelling less than 48 hours in advance incurs a 50% fee. - Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests within 48 hours may incur a 25% fee. **No-Show Policy** Clients who fail to attend without prior notice will be charged the full session fee. Repeat no-shows may require prepayment for future sessions. **Special Circumstances** We understand emergencies happen. If you cannot attend, please notify us as soon as possible.
